Can I reserve the upstairs lounge area for a private party?
-The upstairs lounge area is a community amenity to be shared by all owners and authorized guests and is non-reservable.
Is it ok if I leave towels and life jackets hanging on my boat after an outing?
-No. Please put them away or take them with you.
Is it ok if I store lily pads or other boating accessories on the docks outside of my boat?
-No. Please store them inside your boat with the boat covered.
